Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you register for and use Sellflu, operated by [Registered Business Name] ("Sellflu", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're registering on behalf of a shop, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for anything done from your account, including by staff you add as "Counter Staff"
• Keep your login details private; tell us right away if you think someone else has access
• Support-assisted "setup mode" access only happens when you request it, is time-limited, can be ended by you at any time, and is logged in your account's activity history

3. Your data

Your shop's products, customers, invoices, and other records belong to you. We store and back them up so you can keep using them, and you can export a copy at any time from Shop Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

4. Plans, trials, and payment

• New shops get a 30-day trial. After it ends, continuing to use paid features requires an active plan
• Plan purchases and notification wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay; a plan activates or a wallet is credited automatically once payment is confirmed
• Prices are shown in INR and may change; you'll always see and confirm the current price before paying
• WhatsApp/SMS notification sends are metered against your prepaid notification wallet — a low balance pauses those sends without affecting billing, invoicing, or any other part of the app

5. Acceptable use

Use Sellflu for genuine business records. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to hold, to send unsolicited messages through it, or to try to access another shop's data.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Sellflu available and back up your data daily, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — the offline billing counter is specifically designed to keep working through short outages and sync once you're back online.

7. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Deleted records follow the same 30-day recovery window described in our Privacy Policy before permanent removal.

8. Liability

Sellflu is provided to help run your shop, but you're responsible for verifying your own GST filings and business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll tell registered shop owners by email, SMS, or WhatsApp before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [City, State] having jurisdiction.
